Delivery Information

You can either collect from us in Randburg or we can arrange for packaging of your candles and delivery to you. You can choose the following delivery options:

1. Door to Door courier service - Johannesburg area R109-
2. Door to Door courier service - countrywide main cities outside JHB R119-
3. Door to Door courier service - countrywide towns and certain rural areas R179-
4. Door to Door courier service - High risk locations - R179-

These rates are per single A3 parcel/box and depend on the size of your order, and hence are subject to quotation at the time of ordering. 

Delivery normally takes 2-3 days, from completion of your order.

High risk locations are those classified as such by the Courier companies, please confirm your location when ordering.

Delivery/Collection times

The above door to door service is available monday to friday. 

If a delivery order is required for a weekend event, the order must be confirmed by Wednesday 12pm for Johannesburg area, and Tuesday 12pm for all other areas. Delivery orders confirmed after that time will be delivered the following week. 

Collection orders that are required for a weekend event must be confirmed by Thursday 5pm, for collection on that Saturday. We are open for collections mon-fri (9-5pm) and Sat (9-12pm).
