What is the order process?

1. Send us your layout or what you want on a candle layout.
2. We produce a free artwork for your approval.
3. Once you approve we print and decorate the candles.
4. You can cancel any time before approval - at no cost.
5. Once printed, we courier to you or you collect.

Once the artwork is approved by you, an order takes 2-3 days to complete.

How can I order?

1. Place an online order right here in the shop or
2. Whatsapp us  your pictures, colours, wording etc or
3. Email us your pictures, wording etc

Can I light printed candles?

Yes. This will add an extra special glow to your artwork. The larger candles will burn for many hours without wax running onto the artwork. If the candle has a ribbon at the top, keep a close eye on it and be careful not to light it for more than an hour. Larger candles (>3cm) can be burned for many hours before the printing is affected.

How should I store printed candles?

For long term display, in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight and away from large flourecent lights. If kept in direct sunlight for a long period (more than 1 day), the candles will start to go yellow. Never in a fridge.

How long does an order take?

2-3 days, once you have approved the artwork
